A Saucerful Of Secrets is verschenen op 29 juni 1968. Dat is bijna een jaar voordat ik geboren was. Ik kan dit moment in de muziekgeschiedenis op geen mogelijkheid meegemaakt hebben. Ik heb Pink Floyd pas zeer laat ontdekt. Meddle heb ik onmiddellijk in mijn hart gesloten en Animals zit daar vlak naast. A Saucerful Of Secrets heb ik, net als The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn, altijd een moeilijke plaat gevonden. De space-rock ligt mij beter dan de psychedelische elementen. En hoewel de balans op deze plaat in het voordeel van de space-rock slaat is A Saucerful Of Secrets heel lang een enigma voor mij gebleven. Kant A...
