Het is puur toeval dat het uit Boston afkomstige Dropkick Murphys gedurende het presidentschap van Donald Trump niet van zich laat horen. Al legt hij twee weken na het verschijnen van 11 Short Stories of Pain & Glory de eed af en komen de Iers-Amerikaanse Celtic folk punkers nu pas met hun opvolger. Turn Up That Dial is een comeback, nadat zanger Ken Casey bijna knock-out gaat en voortijdig de ring moet verlaten. Na een ernstig motorongeluk in 2018 moet hij met heftige werveltrauma’s onder het mes.
