Geese verrast ons anderhalf jaar geleden met de typische bijtende Britse Projector postpunkplaat. De grootste verwondering ontstaat echter dat deze amper de schoolbanken ontgroeide band uit het hartje van Brooklyn afkomstig is, waardoor je eerder raakvlakken met de rioolrockers van het CBGB punkhol verwacht. Het begint met een uit de hand gelopen geintje, de opzet is om zich vervolgens op een studie te richten, gelukkig loopt de praktijk anders. Projector vraagt om een catchy funky vervolg, maar het siert Geese dat ze hun onverschillige dwarsheid de vrije loop laten en een onverwachte carrier switch bewerkstelligen. Het bizarre 3D Country staat mijlenver van die postpunk basis verwijdert en heeft meer raakvlakken...
