Ze zijn afkomstig uit Canada maar muzikaal sporen The Commoners helemaal op de tracks van hun collega muzikanten uit het Diepe Zuiden. Het in Toronto  door zanger Chris Medhurst, die de gitaarpartijen deelt met Ross Hayes Citrullo opgezette kwartet met bassist Ben Spiller valt met de komst van drummer Adam Cannon en de toetsenman Miles Evans Brannagh in de juiste plooi. Getuige de tweede langspeler Find A Better Way en recente passages op Moulin Blues waar al een tipje van de sluier gelicht wordt van het nieuwe werkstuk. Restless is de titel en dat is in dit geval bijzonder toepasselijk, vanaf de vliegende start van Devil Teasin’ Me wordt je genadeloos...
