Ze wordt de Finnish Queen Of The Blues genoemd, de Queen Of The Slide Guitar en heeft stevige wortels in de bluesrock. Haar inspiratie, op zanggebied ooit puttend uit de soul ligt al net zozeer bij Koko Taylor en Bonnie Raitt en, getuige ook haar vorige studioalbum, Waiting For The Daylight en het live-album uit 2023 ook bij de grote namen uit de hardrock. Met dat laatste album en de erop volgende tour kwam ze vooral terug bij die laatste invloeden. Niet per se blues rock, veel meer rock en soms ook echt hard rockend én hoewel we op Smell The Roses ook bluesrock horen, is die stevige inslag hier zonder meer...
