In 2023 verscheen debuut The Approbation uit het niets bij Inside Out. Bijzonder al hoe de band tot stand kwam: twee jongetjes spraken ooit af samen een album te gaan maken én na meer dan 20 jaar kwam dat album er. Simon Bergseth, zang, gitaar en basgitaar en Martin Utby, toetsen en drums waren die twee jongens en, samen met Øystein Aadland op bas en toetsen, Auver Gaaren op toetsen en Edvard Seim op gitaar vormden ze de band die het album opnam. Uit het feit dat Inside Out het album uitbracht, mag je al afleiden dat de Noren hun zaken goed voor elkaar hadden met een langspeler over een eenzame...
