Colfax van de in Portland, Oregon gebaseerde band The Delines verdient zoveel meer dan uw aandacht alleen. Met in de rangen een pracht van een songschrijver als Willy Vlautin (Richmond Fontaine) en ander schoon volk als Sean Oldham (Richmond Fontaine) en Jenny Conlee (The Decemberists) kan het eigenlijk niet echt mis gaan op dit van tijdloze countrysoulparels vergeven album. Het album werkt, niet toevallig met een auteur als Vlautin, sterk in op het verhalende. Dat levert onder meer verhalen op over gebroken harten, het erbij horende verdriet en troost.
